Ego Woman
When my ego gets in my way, nothing really works well. She demands that I pay attention only to her ideas. Ego Woman invalidates other's interests, depriving me of support, encouragement and teamwork. When she is in control, I am so tied up in my own self I cannot see any viewpoint but hers.
When I recognize her in me, I imagine cutting the strings of my self importance.
She says:
“My name is Ego. I have the amazing ability to know what is best for everyone. Unfortunately, others fail to recognize my superior qualities and fail to do what I want them to do — which is too bad, because it does tie me up a little bit when I have to do everything alone.”
